How to Order

2. Enter your pet’s name exactly as you would like it engraved.
3. Upload a clear, well-lit photograph of your pet.
4. Choose any optional insert-jacket engraving.
5. Add your journal to the cart and complete checkout.

Choosing the Best Photograph

For the strongest engraved portrait, please submit:

• A clear, high-resolution image
• A photograph taken in good, even lighting
• An unobstructed view of your pet’s face
• A photo without heavy filters, blur, or harsh shadows

Only one pet is included in the standard design unless another option is specifically selected.

Each portrait is individually prepared from the photograph you provide. Because every journal is custom engraved, natural variations may occur, and no two pieces will be exactly alike.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by us. Please double-check all names and personalization details before submitting your order.
